The bird on the bridge is quite tricky because it’s not the full name of any station (at least, not according to my Tupe map). The only relevant bit of the clue, as far as I can work out, is the bird – not a clue why it’s a man’s body with a bird’s head. That might help you. :o)

The Archway on the left of tower gateway is an Archway.

The full pig – that’d be a piece of ham that’s full then. Sat on a wide street perhaps?

FINALLY got all of these!! Took me long enough (and definitely needed a bit of help on here – thanks everyone).

      Melanie:
      1) It’s an arrow, not a staff
      2) You know that it’s a pool (I didn’t get that bit for a loooooooong time), and it’s on a road. Think about synonyms for ‘road’. And it’s a particular type of meat (I also found that quite hard to identify). Put them together and what have you got?
      3) The ‘board’ is in water, so it’s a type of jetty. Who might wear a long white coat? Also you might not be able to see it, but he has something round his neck which is another clue to his identity.
      4) Again, think of synonyms for ‘jacket’, The pattern/style of it might help you work out where it’s from.
      5) It’s a brand of beer, and inside it there’s the thing you play badminton with – what’s that called?
      7) (you missed out 6) – the number one is no longer alive, it’s a gravestone.
      8) Change ‘and the’ for ‘or’.

      Hope these help!

    Hi folks
5 to go and I’m getting tired, need some sleep so if anyone can help I’d be very grateful!
    1) the arrow stuck in the pub wall
    2) the two palm trees
3). The ton weight (have tried all the ton stations I think!)
    4) the gold arrow at the side of the road
    5) the windmill on the hill?

    Thanks people

      1) the arrow stuck in the pub wall – compass reference plus something sounding like arrow
      2) the two palm trees – are on a what? and where is that situated?
3). The ton weight (have tried all the ton stations I think!) – definitely ends in ton….easy clue….it’s a famous bear
      4) the gold arrow at the side of the road – same as number 1
      5) the windmill on the hill? – looks like some kind of pudding

    1) think crustacean rather than lobster
    4) the road is wearing away

      1) Nothing really to do with a crustacean – the main point is that it’s got a crown and it’s angry!
      3) Important that the edge of the road is what’s being worn

How can you tell that it’s angry?! Your version is tenuous at best.

It’s all to do with it being a crustacean. And a king!

      1. See what the dog is doing, and the dog is on the ‘side’
      2. Its not a circus but a funfair. There’s only 1 station (if i’m not wrong) with that name.
      3. A name for a yellow bird, and a similar word that sounds like woof.

      Hope that helps.

1 lobster with crown : The crown is worn by a ‘KING’
2 pub sign : the sign is ‘>’ i.e. More Than (get rhyming)
3 man on jetty : That’s not a jetty, its a ‘DOCK’. Search for station names with the same
4 key on ledge: Read key as Quay, get searching for such names
5 paper on floor by river : The paper is brown, what sound it makes when crumpled? What’s the shape of the paper?
6 funfair : You have half of it, search for ‘FAIR’
